1. Who we are and what this document covers

VozGymXL is a mobile physical training app that builds routines, guides every set by voice and tracks the user's progress. These terms govern the use of the app and this site, and explain what personal data we process when someone signs up to join the customer registry and receive support or notices about future updates.

2. Acceptance

By using the app, the site or the sign-up form you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service and do not send us your data.

3. Permitted use

• Use the app for personal training purposes.
• Do not copy, resell or redistribute the catalog, texts, images or audio.
• Do not try to break the service, automate bulk sign-ups or impersonate another person.
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes or in ways that harm others.

4. Personal data we collect

When you complete the sign-up form on the site we collect only the following data:

Inside the app, profile and progress data are always stored on the user's own device; they are not stored on the server. Profile measurements (weight, height, age and sex) are health data and are processed with explicit consent, only to calculate loads, indexes and training recommendations. From the sign-up we only keep the identification data to maintain the customer registry.

5. What we use the data for

• Send and verify the email confirmation code.
• Keep the customer registry and notify future app updates.
• Answer questions, incidents or support requests.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use the data for advertising profiling and we do not sell it to third parties.

6. Lawful basis

We process the data because the person provides it voluntarily and consents to receiving communications about app updates and support. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to contact@vozgymxl.com.

7. How long we keep the data

We keep the sign-up data while the service is active, to notify future updates and provide support, and until the person asks for it to be deleted. When that happens, the data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Who we share it with

To send the verification email we use a transactional email provider that processes the destination address on our behalf. The infrastructure providers that host the service may also access the data, always under confidentiality duties. We do not transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures: encryption in transit, restricted access to the data, verification codes with a limited lifetime and API rate limits to prevent abuse. No system is infallible: if we detect an incident that affects your data, we will report it through the available channels.

10. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, portability or objection to the processing of your data. Write to contact@vozgymxl.com stating your request; we answer within the applicable legal deadlines.

11. Minors

The service is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are a minor, you need the authorization of your father, mother or legal guardian to sign up.

12. Health and responsibility

VozGymXL provides routines, times and loads as a reference, not as a medical prescription. Consult a health professional before starting a plan if you have injuries, illnesses or doubts. Exercise involves risk: you must stop the activity if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and adjust the intensity to your condition.

13. Intellectual property

The name, the icon, the texts, the images, the audio and the exercise catalog belong to or are used with authorization. Google Play and the App Store are trademarks of their respective owners.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update this document to reflect changes in the service or new legal obligations. We will publish the current version on this same page with its update date.

15. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. For any question about these terms or about your personal data, write to contact@vozgymxl.com.
